Due to continued expansion, they are seeking a talented Finance Business Partner to support the business for an initial 6-months. About YOUR new Role This is a true business partnering role where you will work with divisional leaders to identify performance gaps, quantify financial impact and drive structured improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Conduct deep-dive analysis into margin erosion, cost overruns, working capital and revenue gaps Identify root causes of performance variance Quantify financial impact of underperformance and track remediation outcomes Support and challenge operational leaders to develop corrective action plans Manage and maintain a structured Business Opportunity Tracker with measurable benefit realisation Validate commercial assumptions during budget and forecast cycles Deliver monthly divisional performance analysis with clear commercial insights Identify risks, early warning indicators and improvement opportunities Support pricing analysis, cost optimisation and margin diagnostics Develop robust financial models and analysis packs to support decision-making This role requires someone who can call out performance issues with clarity and confidence - while building trusted relationships across the business. About YOU 5–10 years’ experience in commercial finance, business partnering or operational FP&A Strong financial modelling and advanced Excel capability (Power Query) Comfortable challenging assumptions and identifying performance gaps Experience partnering with operational stakeholders in a product-based or operational environment CA/CPA or similar qualification is preferable Interpersonally you are commercially confident, comfortable in ambiguity, and motivated by driving tangible financial improvement.
